For wordpress (http://wordpress.com/) (you probably know that blogging cms^^) there exists a video commenting plugin (http://wiki.developers.viddler.com/index.php/WPViddlerVideoComments), using viddler's (http://www.viddler.com) video recording service. This great addon is used on various sites, including on mashable.com.
I would love to see that plugin being ported to vbulletin. :)
