new to the VB world had a few ?'s for yah...

Its not letting myself or members use an aviator - there a way to enable this feature?

There is that spot right above the adsence at the top of my index page it just says HoopsGaming and to the left of it shows a vanilla folder icon? im wondering what this is because its unesessary i was kind of hoping to use that space for website news or something!
