Why do you need someones MSN? I doubt anyone will give you theirs, just ask your question here; that way it will help anyone with your problem if we know how to fix it.

For one, I cannot see the UserCP since I am not a registered member. But yes, I can see the overlapping tabs.

Try adding a spacer at the very top of the navbar template:

<spacer height="20"></spacer>

Experiment with the "20".

Where about have you placed the code for them tabs?

i fixed it..i hadda add a <br> to it.. still doest look good but thats ebcause i sux at HTML...

do you think it looks good there..or in the gray area..or above the title image?
