Hi everybody, I need one more time your precious help to know if what I want to do is possible, and if yes, how to do it. Here is the “plan” of the forum from the beginning.

Homepage : You have the choice between different flags (english, french, and spanish) it allows you to chose your language. Depending and the flag you chosed you obtain the corresponding vBadvnced homepage.

The vBadvanced homepage: the page loaded after have chosen the language MUST BE the vbdvanced homepage with the language chosen and so the appropriate content (in English if you have chosed English, in French in you have chose French etc.) and THE CORRESPONDING CUSTOM HEADER.

The header: those headers, what are they? I want to create one header for each language. The same, with different buttons names of course and not redirecting to the same place.
I will play on the “not active forum” option to hide them, but this way, they are still accessible if we know the url. This url will be where the header buttons will point. In clear, if I click on the vBadvanced homepage on the English header buttons “articles” I will be brang to the forum in English.

Let’s come back to this vBadvanced homepage. In clear, there will be 3 different vBadvanced homepage in 3 different languages. Is it possible? You have to know that there will be only ONE forum. So if it’s possible I don’t really know how to install the 3 vBadvanced (in what folder on my server to do what I want to do?)

Last thing that’s important for me to do is to make that when I click on the header button I want on vBadvanced homepage, it brings me to the good forum (like I said) BUT ALSO that it keeps the languages set for the forum in itself.
When you install other languages, you can chose what language you want for your forum with a menu on the bottom. I would like to make that when it keeps the language of the vBadvanced homepage, and header.

To sum all: website homepage with flag language selection > brings to the vBadvanced with the language chosen and it has loaded the header corresponding to the language chosen > you click on a header button > it brings you to the good forum part BUT the forum keeps the information of the languages used.

Thx tyo anybody that could help me to know if it’s possible to do that and if yes….how

So you want something like on vbulletin.org (here)??

Like in the menu at the top, they have seperates forums, articles, mods and styles into different sections.

I know how to do that.

What version of vBulletin are you currently running?
