Need help: How do i enable this option!

Hi ,
I have bit problem as its shown in the image when a registered users write their text, they face this problem. But for admin group the text automatically become bold or whatever i want to select that vB code doesnt come. How can i enable this option for others?

They need to choose to enable the WYSIWYG editor by clicking the two "A"'s in the top right corner of the editor box.

is there any option so an Admin can set it by default for usergroups ?
If yes please let mention.

Look in the vBulletin Options, there will be a "Message Editor" section. Users can also set their preferred editor in their User CP.
