Admin Profile comprimised?

Just the owner/admin profile... seems corrupted, no longer seeing new posts with unread icon, unable to post in chat, unread pm's now showing as new...

But the other admin profile is running without issues, any idea why or how to fix?

Have you tried doing any sort of optimize/repair on the user tables?
