You sure you've set it right in:

ACP --> vBulletin Options --> Style & Language settings --> Default Style

Also make sure you don't allow users the option to change styles:

ACP --> vBulletin Options --> Style & Language settings --> Default Style --> Allow Users To Change Styles

Do you see the set of scales - http://www.techsupportteam.org/forum/picture.php?albumid=10&pictureid=41 next to a users post, by the report button?

Are the other images there, such as the report button? If not, you are missing the images -- just upload them to your images/misc directory.

Try uploading the scales image, it's most probably missing.

They are in the vB download pack, inside the images folder. Download a new vB installation pack for your version from the vB members area, then upload the 'images' folder.

1. ACP --> Usersgroups --> Usergroup Manager --> Edit Usergroup (GO) --> Username HTML Markup....you can use this:

<span style="color:#000000;"> </span>...change #000000 to whatever html colour you want.

2. You could use a user title:

ACP --> Usersgroups --> Usergroup Manager --> Edit Usergroup (GO) --> User Title

Otherwise, it would require custom coding -- shouldn't be too hard. ;)

also i have the legend bar at the bottom of my online screen and i was wondering if there is any way to change the colors of the text for those. heres an example:

As I said above, it will require custom coding. I suggest you post in the "Request for paid services forum".

2. I cannot see the online.php page.
