Jelsoft staff will not help you, as indicated on vBulletin.com. These two sites are run and owned by the same group so you won't get a different answer here.

However you can post a topic in the Request for Paid services and someone here will help you for a price.

Adding onto what I said, it's rather simple to import, hckby.
They don't provide importing services.
You can import it though if you decide to buy a license.If the import was hard, then there wouldn't be several people using ImpEx :)
