I Want IT tO bE For Example

You Enter Your Url http://yoursite.com/forum After That Enter The Name For Example YourSite

Then You Click Submit It Become YourSite The Link

How To Do That????

To enable the verify email... Admin CP > vBulletin Options > vBulletin Options > User Registration Options

go to Verify Email address in Registration and choose yes.

For The First Question In your Post You Want To Submit A Link After You Type The Link Can You Type The Website Name then You Click Submit It only Appear The Website Name Link that You Enter In The Post

2nd Question When My Member Register They Havent Verfly The EMail But They Go Problem How To Make Thier UserGroup To New Member?????????? And After They Have Verfly They Beocme Registered Memebers

Junior and regular members have nothing to do with verification of email addresses. That is related to the Titles system.

with regards to the link, when you type a link without tags (e.g. www.site.com), it should turn into a url when you post it...(assuming you did not mess with the settings)
