One comment so far: the "Your site here" seems a bit intimidating. Instead you can place a link at the bottom (or top, your choice) "Advertise on our site" or something like that.

But I dig the content, and what the heck, I'm registering :D

are we supposed to rate the skin? or content, its basic vB with custom header..

Other than that for skin i say 1/10 , nothing special .

But you can get a custom one ;).
