Sidebar on the right?

Hi,
which template I have to change to have a sidebar on the right, outside of the forum, on every page? And what I have to change?

Do you know what I mean? If no - there's a fictive screenshot :)

you need to change the header and footer template and add CSS

Its been covered many times, so i'm sure you can find the other threads regarding this issue

Hey, every mod I found set a right (or left) sidebar inside the forum, below the navbar. I want a sidebar on the rightest side, beside the forum. Look in my screenshot. ;)

and after $footer ...
