Ok I need a portal like VBadvanced that I can get to work. I dont know what is wrong but I have been working on getting this darn blank page to go away and cant get it so I figured I will try one. Their forums are really slow and I really need to get this done

Their forums are really slow and I really need to get this doneI don't remember seeing a 'blank page' thread tonight... shoot me off a PM over at vBa and I'll take a look.

EDIT: Just saw the post... saw you got the blank page fixed, responded to your new problem.

There really aren't to many other portal solutions out right nowThere are a handful. vBa CMPS is one of the better known portals (justly earned ;)) but there are others...

- vBadvanced CMPS (http://www.vbadvanced.com)
- MKPortal (http://www.mkportal.it)
- vBPortal (http://phpportals.com/)
- ... and searching for "portal" here at vB.org turns up a bunch of offerings as well

It's better to FIX the problem then to just leave it.

Yes...vBa is certainly one of the simplest and most well written solutions out there for a portal. I use it.

I have played about with the others and to anyone unsure, try them all and see which you like best. All are very accomplished pieces of work.

Exactly. Also, what are the main differences between portals mentioned above?
