is there any mod that give user a titles and and the user can pick what title he wanna show ??

Well you can assign standard titles...Admin CP > User Titles > Add New User Title and enable Users to add their own custom title, Admin CP -> Usergroups -> Usergroup Manager -> Edit Usergroup -> Can Use Custom Title...and when they edit their Profile they can just add it and it will take priority.
