Hey vB.org Community,
I've found a forum where vBulletin is publishing hacks.
Since some of you programmed these hacks I thought you may not agree with vBulletins action.
Whoever is interested in the link leading to this forum may contact me via PM.
I've already reported the case to vBulletin Germany.
Thanks,
Indy

Thanks for the notif...
imo if hacks are published here, most likely they didn't want it to be distributed to owners of hacked vb copies. cheers.

No need to sent me a PM. ;)
vBulletin is publishing hacksI assume you mean there is a website which uses vBulletin as their forum software and is publishing modifications. I don't think you mean vBulletin (ie. Jelsoft or Jelsoft related) is distributing the work of others without permission.
If you think the board might be running without a license or is distributing pirated vBulletin versions, then feel free to report it to Piracy (http://www.vbulletin.com/piracy.php)and it will be looked into.
We do not know if an author gave permission to release his work on other sites. Only the author (ie. copyright holder) has this knowledge and as he owns the copyright, he or she is also the person who should take action if work is released without his permission.
