Replace yoursite.com/forum with the path to the forum, and you'll see the 1000th post.

But that won't show who had the 1000th post first out of the 3 who have that many. That only shows the 1000th post board wide.

thx dismounted, it's not exactly what i wanted to do...first... because now that's a better solution to reward like a game the author of the 1000th post then 5000 etc. This way, even a new member can have a chance to win

Oh, sorry, I thought you wanted to see the 1000th post made on your board. You will need to find all posts by a certain user and then find their 1000th post, then compare the times. There's probably an SQL query for this, but I'm not thinking straight at the moment.

don't worry, the solution you thought i wanted is in fact perfect, this way anybody can win,, this way someone could register to participate to the forum and be more actrive thinking he'll maybe be the one to win a travel etc.
