Time will NOT change

My time settings on my VBulletin are not changing at all. I am in EST GMT timezone and my site is ahead like 4 hours. I tried to change it in the options but it does not change the time~!

You need to change it in your personal account as well...when you installed vb, your account auto set it at GMT so that's locked at that,....even if you change the board's settings it won't adjust it...So change it in ur UserCP.
