Edit member lists

Where can I edit the member list's options? To include more fields. They are on the user's profile, but are not showing up in the member's list.

Thank you, I got that, but I have made a field called:
"What kind of travel trailer do you have"
It is on the registration form and they are filling it out.
It is not showing up on the members list, I have enabled "custom fields" to be shown.
HOw can I make that one show up?
