Graphic Near Forums name

If I have a small graphic, is there a way I can have it appear next to a thread title. To give you an example of what I am looking to do....

My FOrum is located at www.fire-forums.com/forums

If you scroll down to the category "Fallen Brothers" I want to put the graphic (possibly a small cross) at the end of the first forum's title right after... "Line of Duty Fatalities" - if this is possible, will it interfere with when people are viewing this specific forum? ie... notice when people are in that forum it shows (1 viewing) in same spot.

Thanks - the first one was exactly what I was looking for but unfortunately it places an image at every forum (after description) and just looking to do it on one.
