Need help quickly.

I was recently hacked, just finished restoring everything actually. Except one thing.
In the admin control panel at the top right it says "Forum home page" When I click it, it goes to a rather explicit site.
I can't find a cure, what am I missing?

Check that all the url in vboptions > Site Name / URL / Contact Details are correct.
