Hey Shawn, MUCH better thread title!!! You did good.
Something that will help out also is a link to the modification you are needing help installing. I did a search on "PJIRC" and came up with several threads and I have no idea which one you are wanting to install. Unfortunately, I probably can't help since I have never installed an IRC client on our site, but I did want to give you help on how to get help.
Good luck!

Why don't you give it a try yourself first and post in the thread of the modification you are trying to install if you run into any porblems or have questions?
Also using capitals on each word makes your post almost unreadible, and i guess most people will not even bother to try and read it.
PS What is a vBulletin Officer?

I have the feeling that you are not fully aware of what vBulletin.org is.
For official support with vBulletin, you will need to ask in the forums at vBulletin.com or by a support ticket.
vBulletin.org is a modifications website where members are helping other members on a voluntary base. It is not the place to get any official support. Staff is mainly also volunteers and their primary task is to moderate the forum. Questions can be asked and if a member can help you, then he or she will probably respond. Bumping threads will not get you any faster result.
PS The version used here on vBulletin.org for the chat is not released to public.

That's a shame! Many members (Myself being one of them) would love something as clean as that.. :)
