in order to go to my forums you have to type www.thejerseydevilsclan.com/upload/

How do I change it to just www.thejerseydevislclan.com?

AdminCP -> vBulletin Options -> vBulletin Options -> Site Name / URL / Contact Details -> Edit Forum URL option.
Move all the files in /upload/ directory to your public_html or httpdocs directory.
