I have a problem

I think I did everything right but I am getting this message...

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Looking at your file structure you would need to put arcade.php and holdsession.php into your upload folder

I already have them in there. I am new to all of this, but like I said I followed the directions but I am not sure.

Ok I've looked a little more at your file structure.

Delete the folder ibProArcade 2.6.6+ and all it's contents.

In your FTP open your 'upload' folder - the one that has all your vB files in it.

You want to upload the contents of the 'iBProArcade' upload folder into that (not the actual 'upload' folder itself)

ie (all of these go in your original (vb directory) upload folder)
arcade.php
holdsession.php
/admincp/
/arcade/ and all its subfolders
/includes/

Then import the product via your vBulletin AdminCP

Hmmm I just did all that and reimorted it and I am still getting that error.

Did you upload all the folders (cat_imgs,functions folder etc) and contents within the arcade folder?
