Do you mean in the URL box of the browser?
If so thats a fav.ico and you need to ftp it to your public_html directory after creating your custom one.

ftp is file transfer protocol, you need a ftp browser like flashfxp or cuteftp to use ftp on your hosting account.
public_html is a directory on your hosting account.

You need create an icon to replace the one you have currently, then use your FTP client to upload and replace the favicon.ico file in your forum root directory.
