Display at registration?

Where is it that I can change the "display at registration"? I want to add a question in there. Will I be able to see that answer before I approve them?

You will have to add a custom profile field and set the require option to yes at registration, if your moderating users at registration time, you will have to view their profile to see the answer to that question before moderating them.

Ok, I added it under the other options of bio, location, interest and occupation under user profile fields. Then I logged out, registered myself at a dif address and it never asked me that.
I logged back in as admin, and went to approve it and when I went to "view profile" it was a dead link to my hostgator account.
What now? I must need to add a link somewhere..
