Shoutcast modd help

hi, im runnin a music forum and i installed the shoutcast modd so people can listen to my radio. the radio is workin perfectly on its server but the modd wont connect to the server so people can listen, just aswell my forum inst open yet. if any1 can help. that would be much apreashieted.
