What, if any, builtin functionalilty does vBulletin have for syndicating recent posts onto another site?

sure, there are plenty... the default engine is called "external.php", and is used to extract the data from vBulletin to the webpage of your choice, in rss or some other feeds you can add in purposes.

Do anyone have a plugin that allow me to display each post on home page instead of category. I would like my home page to display latest post.
I dont think vbulletin have this option so if anyone know any plug in or something please email me johnson360@gmail.com

I believe there's a plugin that gives you the RSS for each forum. If you know much about RSS you could display just the 1st thread from each of these...
