Hide subsequents posts in a thread from guests

I was wondering if its possible to hide subsequents posts in a thread from guests. While they can have access to the first post in a thread?

Well, this is exactly what I am looking for. But I am unable to access it? Does it even work for 3.6.8?? Please someone help out.
