i am not able to see the reply for threads.

all i see it says like 10 reply but when i go into the thread it has nothing only the first page which was posted by the Thread started and in below i see the quick reply bar

Are you sure you are not moderating posts? Check to see if they have gone into moderation:

ACP --> Moderation --> Moderated posts

Have you tried disabling your modifications? Have you checked your permissions? Have you tried viewing the board on the vBulletin default style?
