On my test forum, I'm testing VB 3.7.5. I've only discovered one minor issue so far.

That's a slur!
:D
You can report bugs over at vbulletin.com
Does it say "Send a Message Vie Email" too or was that a typo?

No, there is no support for VB 3.7.5 there. They ask me to take it here, thanks for you 'help'.

If you have an unmodified board and this is happening, they want to know about it - why else would they have a bug tracker? The only reason they would tell you to take it here is if you have modified your board. If you have a modified board and this is happening, then you need to tell us this or we don't have all the information we need to help you.
So, assuming you have a modified board, the first thing we would suggest is to disable all your plugins and then login to your site and see if you are still having this problem.

Lynne is 100% right in this instance. If your board is unmodified, report it as a bug. If you have mods enabled, disable them and see if that changes it at all.

I searched phrases in beta 5 and couldnt find the typos.

Report it as an error. I don't see why that happened though (assuming it's an unmodded board)... I use 3.7.0 B5 as well and it's perfect.

The only mod on the forum is to put the subforums in multiple columns, that was disabled. The only other is inserted code in the footer template for a countdown timer and a bit of perl code for a weather forecast.
I did start a trouble ticket on vbulletin.com. Their answer was, "the beta is not supported, try in the .org site.
As I said, I wasn't looking for fixes on this, simply to report an issue that I see as a problem. Since Jelsoft doesn't seem to care enough to follow up on it, I've put it aside and hope that it's found and corrected in the final version.
Unless I could not find it, there is no place to report issues with VB 3.7.5 . If there is, someone please give me directions there and I'll report it.

If it can be reproduced on a clean vBulletin install, then it can be reported as bug. Otherwise they will point you here as no support other then bugfixes in the Jelsoft code is given during beta stages.
