Add comments to individual post

Is there a hack with allows the mod to insert comments into the post. Instead of mod editing the post.

bec i am having a contest, if the admin were to edit the post. There might be a dispute.

Then why ARE you editing the post?

You could always just turn of the edited by message while you edit, then turn it back on.

bec i would like to insert a liner like "1 point scored"
rather than editting the comment.
