Adsense Ad doesnt show up

I have a problem with my Adsense Code. Actually, it works as long as I do not insert the ad_slot line into the code to define the Channel. Does anybody has any idea how I can use channels with vbulletin or what I have to do to use the ad_slot line inthe adsense code so that my ads are displayed?

if you've created a new ad it will take some time to appear, usually the better part of 10 minutes.

Have you tried waiting the 10 minutes?
