youtube rating system

Hi,
i'm looking for a rating system based on 5 stars, but easy to use like the one you can see on youtube, and that i can insert after the first post (or inside it)..not above it like the acutal rating!

i can't find anything like it ..could you help me?

You can use that with some modifications.
