Strange.
Because som members have for example 2 green blocks reputation with 100 karma power and others 6 green blocks of reputation with 60 karma power... ???

Repuation is vb's answer to karma. They are one and the same thing.

What is the difference between Karma Power and Reputation? I know this thread is old, but Karma (aka Reputation as noted in other posts in this thread) and Karma Power are two different things.
Assuming this is turned on:
Karma is how may points you accumulate through people giving you Karma.
Karma Power is how many Karma "points" you give when when you give someone else Karma. I am not sure exactly how Karma Power is calculated, but I *think* adminCP > vBulletin Options > User Reputation Options > Reputation Point Factor determines this.
The settings are in the adminCP > vBulletin Options > User Reputation Options
