some users report access problems

Some of my users have told me that they have problems accessing my vbulletin website. For example:

When i try to enter the RG website the first couple of attempts usually freeze my laptop meaning the only way to get it working is to close down my application, sign back in and then try again. eventually i will get in and have no problems.
I do not have this problem with any other site.

This individual is using a new, fast laptop and it's a mystery.

Any ideas?

I would suggest that you setup a test account for ppl to use, seeing as ppl arent going to register an acct on your site to help you.
