Has anyone wrote an Embed URL page in post?

I had seen this on another Forum and was looking to add this to my Forum so that Members do not have to click on the link and go to another site to view. This is what I am looking for on the second post.

I am interesting too.. So many requests of HOW to embed html in a post withoute SOMEONE from vbulletin answer any of them.. why?
