View who left reputation

Does a mod wich allows you to view who left reputation only when the user leaves a comment,exists?
I mean something like ,if you don`t leave a comment it is anonimous,but if you leave the comment it will be signed with your username :)

I think this is already done with vBulletin. I think you view at the top of your UserCP.

I want something like this :
I wanna leave you a reputation comment.If the reputation comment is blank,no text is writen,the reputation comment can be annonimousley.If in the text area,I`ll leave a message to you,then the reputation comment will appear in my UserCp with the username who posted it.
