Alternate mail server?

All my hosting accounts get suspended due to my forum being so big, when i send mass emails it sends to many.. so is there a server where i can send an unlimited amount of mail without getting suspended?

Google mail (slow but useful):

Email Options -->
SMTP Email: yes
SMTP Host: smtp.gmail.com
SMTP Port: 465
SMTP Username: xxxxx@gmail.com
SMTP Password: pass
SMTP Secure Connection: yes

Gmail limits how much you can send.. i need to send:

Members: 22,402

Then get a dedicated server with a good email program that can handle a huge outbound email list, such as postfix.
