Mods / Add Ons etc. On Vbulletin

Im running few add ons / mods and template edits on my current skin.

Question:

If I want to add a skin, Do I need to install all these mods/add ons, manually over again ?

The modifications (e.g., PHP files, XML product imports) will still be there, but depending on whether template hooks were used, you might need to manually edit the new templates.
