Where can i find this template hook? It didnt install it for me for some reason :S

Cant find it in plugin manager....

Admin CP > Styles & Templates > Search in Templates > Search Templates and input "profile_left_last" in the Search for Text box and you will find the template name - MEMBERINFO

I don't know what you mean that it didn't get installed though. It doesn't 'get' installed, it is just part of the default template. If you template is not default, then your will have to revert it to get it to show up.
