vbulletin chat solutions

i was looking at different chat software for the forums, i was wondering which would cause more server usage (flashchat or chatbox (https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=168992))

please let me know what chat software you're using

Am currently using a 'premium' version of Add On Interactive (formerly SigmaChat). Premium version is rather pricey per year for what you get, but it *does* integrate well with vB, and does offer options that flashchat doesn't.

I see professional, professional plus and enterprise versions. Which one is premium?

and is it server intensive? takes more resources than flashchat I think?
