How to change the order of de post reply?

Hi perdon for mi very little and bad english ,i have one problem ,can i do for change the order of the numbres of the reply on the posts?
I need one hack that allow the moderators to change this order ,because when a user post a new reply and it's more important than other i'd like show them first than the other ones,exist one hack that allow you to change or order this show list?

You need to change the timestamp of the posts as they are always put in chronological order. I believe someone has made a modification for this. Try searching for it.
