Show Downloaded Forum Display

Good evening, i am looking for a mod just like vbulletin.org uses, so when users have downloaded the attachment it displays Downloaded at the side of the thread on the forum display.

Can anyone help me? I have looked for it on vbulletin.org but cant seem to find it.
