Need help with signatures

for some reason when ppl add there sigs to there profile and then post all that shows up is a link and not the acually sig.. is there a section in the CP that i have to disable for them to be able to show there sigs?

any help will be good

im assuming the IMG is turn off some where dunno where though lol
