latest thread searches, any way to exclude a particular forum?

I would like to stop a particular sub forum posts appearing in the new posts / latest threads / today posts.
Is that possible.
I don't want to restrict access to it (I still want the search engines to have a look)
any advice?

I keep wanting this as well. We have a large userbase with sprawling forums, and some people would really like to be able to pick and choose which forums it displays when you click that New Posts link. This would be a great base feature addition too, ya?

It's an option in the ACP under the forum itself.



"Index New Posts in Search Engine"
(Setting this to 'No' will prevent anyone from being able to search in this forum)
