I don't speak Italian so can't review much...

I think the width is too small and the top half of the forum is too busy with adverts. At first I wasn't sure what was part of the forum or what was an advert.

I have a spacing between each category (https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=123530) on my forum, I think it looks better.

You seem to be doing not bad with almost 45,000 members.
