Userpages on 3.6.x

Anybody know of a good mod for Userpages on 3.6.x? It's also commonly called Custom Pages or Member Pages.

There may be others, you'd need to search, but one such modification is here (https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=91903). It may or may not need some updates, so you'll need to test it.
