1 What do i do to put the user ranks thing i just downloaded onto my site i uploaded it but now what?

2. Where do i go and how to i change the vbulletin logo at the top of the screen to my logo?

user rank thing is admin moderator icons that show up under the user name

1. in the user rank manager, if you select the rank you wish to add the image to, you will see "User Rank File Path" and you need to put the path to your image there. If you click on the "?" next to that for Help, you get this pop-up:

User Rank File Path
Enter a file path to an image for this rank. The path should be relative to your main forum directory. For example, if the image you want for this rank is named rank.gif and you upload it to the images directory within your forum directory then you would enter: images/rank.gif

Alternately, you can leave this field blank and fill in the next one instead.
