Question about 3.7 gallery

I'm looking where to put this question, please lmk if I need to put is somewhere else. I'm trying to upload a picture, and get this message:

The Dimension limits for this filetype are 600 x 600. We were unable to resize your file so you will need to do so manually and upload it again. Your file is currently 375 x 500.

Any ideas why my members would be getting this message? Or is there a place I can ask this for 3.7 b.5?

You need to ask it in the modification thread. Or, if this isn't a Mod (you said gallery, but perhaps you are talking about the Album in the profile?), then you should ask on vbulletin.com
