can someone help me with this
1) how to set it up
2) how to set it up so if someone register the pass and login will be automaticly added to the acces list.
3) or to import all the members login and pass automaticly from my vbb files to htpasswd. (and if you know how to do this in ubb tell me allso)

you'll need a module for Apache...
if you don't have Apache... sorry... i can't help ya...

go to:

modules.apache.org

then, do a search for: mod_auth_mysql

set it to your user-table from the mySQl database... and voila, it's done... :)
