Everything is fine in firefox, but in Ie it messes up for some reason. I have tried reverting the template and still the same. Also it only does it on two of my skins the rest are fine. Take a look at the pics, The green one is the correct one.

It looks like the td width is messed up in the wrong pic.

You would need to go to the postbit_legacy template to change it.
